Homeowners

I’m a homeowner

A driveway, a garage slab, a foundation for an addition, or a sewer connection. We explain what goes into it and quote after a site visit.

  • Driveways, patios and walkways
  • Garage, shed and basement slabs
  • Foundations for additions
  • Sewer and water tie-ins

Builders & GCs

I’m a builder or GC

Your foundation, slab and tie-in sub. We bid from plans and book capacity ahead, so your framing crew starts on a level, square slab.

  • Slabs
  • Sewer and water connections
  • Site drainage

What we do

Five services. Done precisely.

Structural integrity

What’s underneath matters

A bad pour ruins a good build, and most of what decides how concrete holds up is out of sight once it’s poured: the compacted base, the vapor barrier and insulation, the reinforcement and the slope.

That’s the part we put the most time into, so the slab, driveway or foundation you see on top can handle New England winters.

How we work

Every job, four phases

We film every job in the same four phases, so you can see exactly what went into it.

01

Prep

Excavation, a compacted base, square forms and a tied rebar grid.

02

Pour

Concrete placed and screeded to grade, with a steady crew on the chute.

03

Finish

Trowels, edging, broom finish and control joints, done by hand.

04

Reveal

A clean, level result, photographed from the same spot as the before shot.

Recent work

From the forms to the finish

Specialized focus

Why only two to three jobs a week

We take on a limited number of jobs each week. That gives every project the time, focus and oversight it needs, from the forms and rebar to the final finish and the last tie-in.

It also means our calendar fills up. If you’re planning spring work, it pays to get your site visit booked early.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does a driveway, slab or foundation cost?

Every site is different: access, soil, grade, drainage and size all change the work. So we don’t quote over the phone. We visit, look at the site, and give you a written quote based on what we saw.

How does the site visit work?

Send a request or call. We’ll call you back to talk through the job, then arrange a time that works to look at the site. After the visit you get a written quote.

Do you work with builders and general contractors?

Yes. We bid foundations, slabs, sewer and water tie-ins and drainage from plans. See Builders & GCs.

Which towns do you serve?

Providence, Cranston, Warwick, Pawtucket & Central Falls, RI. Elsewhere in Rhode Island? Call and ask.

Precise pours. Solid solutions.
